A member of staff has left my school

Do I need to do anything if my ECT leaves?

Yes please contact the ESP ECT Team on [email protected] citing the exact date when the ECT left your school. This will allow us to update the DfE records of the ECT and end their induction in your school.

What do I do if a Mentor, Tutor or SLT member leaves the school?

Please email the ESP ECT Team on [email protected] letting us know who has left the school. This will allow us to remove them from your school's staff list and keep your records in ECT Manager accurate. If the member of staff leaving the school has an active role in induction then we will need to identify who will be taking over this role going forwards.
